When we are raised in a home that really appreciates music we learn to the importance of music.
I loved listening to Cheeseburgers In Paradise and jumping up and down on my parents bed.
My daddy played me Bill Cosby's comedy records.
The music I listened to was Allan Sherman and Dr. Demento
so when the lights turn low
and the audience begins to cheer
i hope for a lone microphone
maybe a guitar or a guy on drums
because comedy is what gets me going.
